Yuliana Avalos Romance Scam 1.5 Billion Dollar Lawsuit

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I want people to know that the culprits of the evil romance scam use my stolen photographs with false names, fake email addresses, phony life stories, texting that is based on lies and more lies, and rigged video clips and stills. These criminals do this to dupe and trick men they target on social media -and mercilessly rip them off financially.
Hello Julie,
I like your real name Yuliana, it gives yourself image a presences among woman with style. Getting on to the subject of Romance SCAMS. I have seen your photo’s online on numerous sites I’ve been a member on. And most of these people who are displaying your photo’s should be reported and delete off any online dating site. I’ve myself have brought this attention to those dating sites too. Sometimes they do delete them, but most of the time they don’t. Either way the fake photo’s and scammer still uses your image in another name on it. But not to worry Yuliana, Im on the quest to bring attention to those online dating sites about screening members before using your photo’s.
Yuliana, I myself is a fan and hope to be a member to your subscription base too. I love your photo’s and your video’s. What Im curious about is why haven’t you try to enter any of these pageants or swimsuit contest. I think you would overwhelm the people and judges. You have a certain style that brings the essences of a woman to life. I hope you will accept me to your fan base or as a member of your site. I appreciate your video with the information to use when I get on a dating site using your photo’s online.
Dear Yuliana,
Thank you received today the news of your blog. Just know that I have ever been the victim of scammers. See, in September 2009, someone whose name is identified to me as LYDIA OKINE, presented her photos to me. This woman lives in Accra, capital of Ghana, Africa. At the time I was very innocent, knew nothing, I thought it was someone who was really looking for a boyfriend or marriage. I was delighted to receive your photos, I thought it was true. Result: I got involved with this person, I sent money to her a total of $ 6,025.00 for her to come here inithout ever having seen. I’m just reporting to you these facts to you to know what all this meant to me. The Interne Brasilia, capital of Brazil, where I live. By surprise, this woman never appeared to me until this day. However, she was always in contact with me almost every day. And when it was in September last year I found I had been folling. After much research on the Internet, I saw your site, and surprise, I saw all the pictures that this person sent me on your site. This is where I came across who had been deceived and taken a big hit in every sense of my life, or both, financial, moral and spiritual. Until the day I left very disappointed and frustrated that fact, that I have fallen into this trap.Of course, you have no blame for this, is that I was too innocent, I believed in someone wt is very good, but brings unpleasant consequences for many people. I am one of them.
    • Tulevu says:
      Hello Mike,
      I understand where you’re at; at the moment. And,I would like to refer you and everyone here to a fee scam fighting website that gives the members instructions of what to do when you find out, or have suspicion that you may be a target of SCAMMERS. The site asks that you don’t tell the scammers of the website because it is only for victims such as us to share our experiences and information about the scammers, and with other victims so we can confirm that the scammer is actually a scammer. When you register, read the introductions (advice) in the Information tab section. To get to the information, follow these instructions:
      > After free registration,
      > Look on the left of the page,
      > Scroll down to information tab and click on it
      > Then click on the help
      > There will be a gambit of information there
      Just start at the top and select the topics there to assist members. Although there is a slew of information, my advice is to read everything which the site has to offer. The information is invaluable and you will learn a lot about how the scammers work.
      You can post pictures used by scammers, there email address, IP address, all there basic info, to help other members confirm their suspicions of their encounters. The stories that guys like us share on their are so touching, it will bring tears to your eyes. Oh, the site also has a picture data base of known scammer usage. Most scammers use celebrity pics. Another site to join its:
      http://www.Delfifaq.com.
      You can do an image search on Google to find pics that have been used by scammers to tempt victims. I did a search by typing in; “Accra scamming girls,” to find pics of girls used in Accra Ghana. I found several that were sent to me. If you see a pic of a girl that was sent to you, or you think it looks like her, click in the pic and it will magnify, and below the pic, there will be a link that directs you to Delhifaq.com where the pic was reported, most often there will be pics of that girl along with other pics of her which were used by scammers and information of their encounter with her.
      Well, I got pretty involved here with the information, but this is a serious matter, and I want to do everything in my power to help stop and prevent these atrocities. After not giving my love to anyone for over twenty years, I literally fell in love with someone using Megan QT’s pics. And this chick I was talking with was good. Probably the best con I’ve ever encountered. I found out that she was a scammer after seeing pics that she sent to me of Megan, and I’m still in love with her. When I give my love out to someone, it is very strong and now I have to reel it in again. I avoided a huge hurt because of my suspicions and my continued investigations.
      Well, I hope this information will help you and others here. You take care of yourself and all you other victims here, and God bless
  • KEN HEGENBART says:
    Yuliana, Thank yo for the info on the dating site scammers. I have been talking to a girl from Ghana which I have been sending money to. She has been sending pictures of her but when I saw your pics i realized that you and her are the same person. She has sent me the exact same pics as what’s on your site.I hate to say but some are nude. Her fake name is Georgina Appaih. She is in Accra. Now she wants me to send her $850 to fly to America to join me. A lot of the pics she is wearing the same blouse or jeans. When I asked her what was going on she told me that you were stealing her pics and using them on the internet. Her email is lovelytina111@yahoo.com. So now I have to figure out who to believe.
    • Bruce Newton says:
      You can be certain the one in Ghana is a scammer. The pictures are of a woman in the USA. She even has videos on you tube. Search for yuliana on there and you will see. I’ve got pictures from scammers that were stolen from the same woman. Don’t send anymore money. She’ll never show up.
  • jess says:
    You might want to set up a genuine profile, with all this information, on vk.com, I have had people trying to scam me on it. (I used Google reverse image search to find this). Fortunately, 1. I have no money to be scammed out of and 2. I’m far too suspicious to fall for anything like this.
    You will be glad to know that a lot of people in England are aware of these and similar scammers, and play along for amusement, to waste their time. I have had one on my yahoo for weeks who doesn’t realize I know (s)he(?) is a fake. (Not your pictures though, these were of Talia Sheperd.)
    vk is a russian social network, and the scammers are from ghana and nigeria. (Very easy to spot usually.)
    I have made some suggestions to them how they could modify their site to make it harder for the scammers.
    (Put the date and country they signed up from in the profile, display their current country when in chat, use IP address to put the country’s flag and the information the user provided for the name. If they don’t match then there is reason to be suspicious)
    Hi! As I see we r too many here. And to be honest it was too good to be real. A kind,gentile,sweet,beautiful and sexy woman on the other side of the world. I envy the man u choose to give ur heart. I did fall in love but dont know who with. U r really beautiful and sexy woman,I know I will never meet some1 like u. As I said it was too good to be real.
  • Bruce Newton says:
    A woman in the UK tried to scam me using pictures of Juliana but I saw thru her sceeming. She said was from Denver but was in Manchester, UK taking care of her sickly mother. She was supposedly working in a hotel but wasn’t making much money and needed my assistance. Scammer written all over it.
  • Tom Ray says:
    I am posting links to this page to all profiles with her pictures. I’m on a mission. I am so tired of scammers. thank you for taking your time to make the video Julie. you are an awesome person for doing that.
  • Tuleu says:
    Yuliana, I have also encountered a scammer using your photos; along with a photo of you by a stream with a boy with whom she, going by the name of Juliana, said is her son. And as always; she like all the others, asked for money so she could talk to me on the phone. These scammers are as bad as Satan himself. I am also assisting the scam busters to get these demons. Thank you for your video support and information to help scam victoms.
  • Paul says:
    Yuliana, Your image is being used by a scammer on triptogether.com. The name they are using is Rahina but when they emailed me they called themselves Olivia Dadzie from Ghana and they send more photos of you. They want to visit my country and live with me and to send them money. They made a mistake though, one of the photos had a reference that I looked up and found you. Thanks for defending yourself (and people like me).
  • Dave says:
    Dear Yuliana, I was once scammed into a woman I met 9 years ago name Kelly O’nell on the website Singlesnet.com after talking to hear for a month online I feel for the same lines that most people do because it was all new to me and didn’t know any better. Yes I did loose a sum of money and that is something I have to live with, but I had the courage to go on and pick up the pieces and start over. I am sure as a model knowing your picture is being used my these scammers to cheat people out of there money has to be difficult on you, I wish this had never happen to you but I admire your courage to online and to tell the American people of this situation. to let you know there is an online dating site called Confirio.com I have been on it to see how many scammers there and out of the 40 women that replied to me profile every one of them was a false I.D. asking for money not through the website but by personal email. To think these people don’t care about robbing people of there life savings discusses me. I hope you find this letter and I hope all this scamming garbage doesn’t get you down or depress you in anyway. I wish you the best and stay safe and happy.
  • Zoran says:
    Sow the video, what say. I play games with those scammers two month and they bielive me. Have a fun. Nobody can stop them, there are to many of than. Sorry for you Juliana, if I can help you send me a mail. ZoranPavlovski from Macedonia – zpavlovski65@Gmail.com.
  • Zoran says:
    Now I don’t now in what I belive here, I think you are not a wiktim , I don’t now, but every thing is come to you. I wish to now why? Where you from”and”
  • Bruce Newton says:
    She lives in the USA so if you’re getting pictures from someone in a different country then you’re communicating with a scammer. Many scammers use her pictures because she has a lot on the Internet. Don’t be fooled and never send them money.
  • Zoran says:
    Think that you so clever, have a big expirience with a people, sorry , when you speak about the man who gives 50000dolars and took himself live , you already smille ,I don’t belive you , nether to you’re friends. Sorry for the people, and them broken harths .
  • Bruce Newton says:
    What don’t you believe??
  • Tulevu says:
    First of all, I don’t know who you are, but I do know you need to learn how to write and correctly express yourself. Second, Yuliana is definitely a victim here, because the scammers are stealing her photos and using them to deceive and scam guys out of money. They have used her photos to try to scam me but I saw through their con and didn’t fall for it.
  • Tulevu says:
    I’d like to ad to that Bruce. They are also using photos from another model called, Megan Qt, the scammers have no conscience on who they hurt out do in. But they will get back a hundred fold what they’re doing. Its just a matter of time.
  • Tulevu says:
    Ken,
    There is nothing to figure out who to believe. Let go of that girl in Ghana. They are atrocious in Accra on the scamming man. Forget that chick. As a mater of fact, you’re probably not even dealing with a woman. Its most likely some guy at the keyboard who is talking to you, and when they need someone to prove its a woman, they have a girl talk to you on the phone, if you ever get them to talk on the phone. Been there, done that. Believe me, that’s how they operate. Let her go man. You’d do better going to Starbucks by a university and meet a good chick, or a supper club dude.
  • Bruce Newton says:
    If you really think about it, a woman as beautiful and sexy as Yuliana sure wouldn’t have to go on some dating site to get a man. She can have about any man she wants by just walking down the street. Most woment I’ve seen on dating sites are fat and ugly. Lol
  • Bruce Newton says:
    Wow, scammers are making lots of money, living high on the hog. Too lazy to work. I got scammed out of $1800 in 2012 but I actually scammed her back three months ago and got $1555 of it back. I can’t believe she fell for it.
  • Tulevu says:
    Bruce,
    You have to tell me how you did that. I’m trying to pull a reverse on mine now. Please.
  • Bruce Newton says:
    I think she mostly did it to herself. It took a while to get her trust but one day she asked me to do her a favour. She wanted to wire me some money so I could wire it to someone in Africa. She was suppose to be in the UK. So I agreed and kept the money. I never could figure out why she couldn’t wire to Africa herself.
  • Bruce Newton says:
    The crazy part was she knew that I knew that she scammed me and still sent me the money.what a dork.
  • brian says:
    It is sad that people have use your image to scam others. They forget that each of your photograph tell a story of your amazing life. Never let these people take away your inner beauty and faith. Be strong when you want to cry and know that evil they have already poison their souls and the inner light you have inside is growing to the point that those who did you wrong can no longer escape. I have saw a lot of your photograph that was use by different names. They can never be a true person of light like you. You have pure love inside of you and in your words. Don’t let those who hide in the shadow dim your light.
  • Wow, I didn’t know we all existed. I too was scammed by a woman in Accra Ghana named Narsa Abdula. I was taken for over $9,000. Even today she is still insisting that she is Julie. She got mad that I said im going to your, Julies website and see what your up to. I am glad I did, I found this. The only way I found this website is by replying to another woman who was pretending to be Julie. I was in love, and engaged to who I thought was Julie, so when I saw these pictures at this site, I contacted this girl and said “why are you pretending to be my wife” she responded “your a fool, everybody is Julie, go to Julie.com. When I did, oh my, what pain. I learned the truth. After that, I went on a search and found 65 different women using Julies pictures at different dating sites pretending to be her. I feel more foolish than all of you. I’ve been taken by 3 different women because I wanted Julie so bad. We all know the feeling. Julie, your beautiful, gorgeous, wanted and needed. I really hope your man of promise is taking very good care of you. Thank you for having this post available to us who wish we were that man, Rich
I will not leave them hanging I’ll show love even to scammers they need someone too. Well thanks for you video you been helpful
  • Al says:
    As soon as this person contacted me I knew it was a scam and when she showed me a hot model supposedly from a poor country like Ghana I knew she was going to try and scam me. so right away I did a Google Image search and found the real person in the pictures to be Yuliana and not some girl with the user name sahralove122@yahoo.com claiming her name is Sarah. And I know its more then 1 person behind all these scams, because as I was talking to (Sarah) another person messaged me saying she is from Ghana lol trying to pass off the same images too . Anyway guys don’t believe anyone just because they showed you a picture ask them to open a cam and wave to you or blow you a kiss anything to prove that person is real even if its a picture with her holding a piece of paper with a word written on it. if that person tells you they don’t have a camera or webcam or cell phone with a camera then you should know something is wrong and report that person Immediately
    Hi Yuliana.i have also fallen for someone using your pics on fb.she(he)got $80 out of me.it was so we could talk on the phone.they send maybe a dozen pics throughout the time.there was always something in my gut telling me that it was a scam.it went on for about6months.through out that time id question her about how real is this.maybe once a month id hit her with hard questions like who are you really.what does a beautiful young woman want with an old soldier like me.why do you love me.how much do you love me.she was very good.i remember this very beautiful very long love letter she sent me.it was heartwarming until the end when she called me rob.i gave her much shit about that.the end came when i was emailed a form from her lawyer about me being her benificary for $2.5mil. inheritancy.i knew it wasnt real.they wanted $5k to secure it.i said no and got down to $200.then i searched for about 5hrs and found proof of the scam @ delphifaq.com. i confronted her about it and said yes those are pics she had taken of her from an agency that she is no longer with.she said she use to be a pornstar but no more.she said she lied because she thought that i would have nothing to do with her.my answer was:What 50yrold man wouldnt want a pornstar for his babe?then i moved on to other women.about 15.all scammers using yours,meganQs and AnnAngel and MikaTan pics.i started messing with there heads.all dumped me when i refused to give money.i traced emails and phone#s to ghana,nigeria and netherlands.ive confronted them and told them i knew they were scammers and guys.i called them my bitches.ive found about a dozen @fb using your pics.ive received an email claiming to be janet napalitano.telling me to stop all my dealing with the scammers.i replyed back that i would stop.but i do know that the email is from nigeria and its a fake.i told them to quit bothering me and i will leave them alone.ive gathered ip#s,phone#s and screenshots of scammers ive dealt with.i felt the need to share.
    Love,Ron.
    Dear YULIANA.
    I to have been a victim of a scam. She contacted me on BLACKPLANET.COM as Sylvia Darko from Accura, Ghana. After three years of communicating with this person, I believed she was for real and the pictures she sent was her. She wanted me because I cared about her. After searching the web I came across one of the many pictures that person sent me witch i then realized it was a scam. The pictures was of you. The person I loved. I confronted this person that I had been talking to and he or she denied it. But I had the proof. He or she stopped talking and was never herd from again. I can honestly say, if it was really the personality of the person I’ve been talking to equal to the face of you,, maybe it could have been something. I’m over that humiliating period in my life. I was a fool. I was 34 at the time. She/he claimed to be 35. I’m sharing this with you so you can continue to speed the word to the world to help to stop these predictors one day. May God continue to blessed you as well as others that fall to the demonic actions of others. Although, I would love to meet you and to shake your hand and thank you for putting it out there of who you realty are. :-)
  • People, Guys and Gals alike, we all are ashamed to admit we were scammed by someone in Accra Or Ghana, I too was scammed with Yuliana’s pictures that were stolen, In the future, you can google search any image of any one to find out if they are legit. Dont think for one minute any one of them that are out there are the one Yuliana. Her pictures have been stolen as it says in the video, She is a very nice lady, and a Citizen of the US, verified personally by myself and a fellow investigator. Do not fall prey to anyone always search the images, to find out how many times those images have been used online for the same thing. Sorry for those who found out too late, I lost 80 bucks, but inturn got a dozen roses and a box of chocolates as well as a balloon, totally more than what I sent, It didnt dawn on me, till after I contacted the florist to find out who it was billed to. Some poor retired guy in England whose identity was stolen. Shame people go through so much extreme to take advantage of their fellow man.
  • Another dead give away for this scam was the fact that when you video chat with the scammer using video feeds that were doctored, notice the lips move differently from the words you are hearing, that the video is almost recorded, and she always has issues with her speakers or mic. Dead give away. If you do not believe then ask her to do something right at that moment, and notice she is not doing what you asked, whether it be wipe your nose, blink one eye, or even a simple task of stand up and turn around. the video does not match up because it is a recorded video being used in the scam. most likely you are talking to one of many guys on the same wifi in Accra waiting for some rube to come along so they can sell this scheme to, and take them for alot of money. be smart and check it out before you send a dime to anyone, And if it says Ghana or Accra on it, guarantee it is a scam.
    I’m glad I found this link. I report 5 or 6 images a day images of you on a dating site called Tagged.com. Often they never remove the profile! Now I can include a link to this video to warn other users.
  • Larry Means says:
    Your images are being used by a girl using the Latifer John. I fell for her straight away but I have never send her money. She claims to be from Denver,CO but her real address is Lagos, Nigeria. Just thought you should know. I’m was extremely hurt when I learned the truth. I am so sorry this has happen to you and I’m sorry for myself I really cared for the lady in those pictures.
  • Dear Yuliana im ashame to say i to fell victom to a scam using ur pictures, i call my self being smart and ask for a picture of u holding a sign with a code word written on it thinking there is no way they could fake that. But they did i got two picture where u r writing the code on paper an another picture with u holding the completed sign, i thought it was real till i tried to save it n could not. Then i tried to print it and when the picture came out the paper u were holding was blank. The person im talking to still insistes she is really u. i know u r a busy woman an u may or maynot get to read this. If this is one of Yuliana’s staff handling this for her please message me an let me know if Yuliana is in fact in the USA n not in Ghana as this person is. sincerlly Fred.
    • Tulevu says:
      Hello Frederick,
      After reading your message to Julie, I couldn’t help but feel Deja Vu. I’m not Yuliana’s staff member, but I can tell you that if you are receiving pictures of Julie by someone from Ghana, you can rest assured that It us not Julia (Yuliana). Not all people in Ghana are bad but there ARE a lot of scammers there; actually, Ghana is at the top of the list for scammers.
      Now don’t get me wrong, I have actually found someone in Ghana that’s legit. But you have to be cautious when you meet people on the internet; always. There are legit dating sites you can join, but again, always use caution, and take nothing for granted, until you actually meet them. I hope I’ve been some help.
      God bless brother,
      Tulevu
    I am in finacial ruin because I fell victim to a user of your likeness on a dating site. I discovered the ID theft after it was too late. I fell in love with your image and the words that came by email were so encouraging that i could not help but use all the credit i could get to support the requested help with getting the lovely lady in my arms. I still am in love with your image and happily follow your posts knowing you are a real and respected lady. I wish there was a way to recover the loss but would be even happier to be loved for real by a lovely and charasmatic lady I dream of.
    *** I’d like to apologize in advance for any improper punctuation and grammar, I’m completely exhausted from work but a friend brought this to my attention and it piqued my interest.***
    I admire your strength to post this video explaining to others the wicked manipulation that heartless scammers have used to prey on the emotions of others. I can tell by watching the video that it was not easy for you to make this video, knowing the financial and mental hardships it must have taken on some; even though the only involvement that you had was a few pictures of yourself online (I’m sure we all have pictures of ourselves online), that were obtained and chosen for the most unethical and immoral of intentions, building a web of fantasy for men to fall victim and have their life sucked away. I know that your decision to make this video has to put you in such an uncomfortable situation that I could not even begin to understand, but I do understand this, that there are some (regardless of your good conscious and willingness to make this video warning others, proving you indeed have a pure heart), whose life has been crippled and feel that it is partially your fault. Irrational reasoning is not an uncommon way some use to try and cope with this sort of pain.
    To them I say that the pain, embarrassment, and shame you feel is indescribable, but it honestly is a part of life. Even though I have not fallen victim to this type of scam, I would be a hypocrite to say that I have not been deceived by some incident that had impacted me with just as much pain, embarrassment, and shame. If nothing else can help ease the feeling of this burden, then remember this: There are 2 kinds of males, men who have fallen and boys who are going to fall. We’re the male human species and unfortunately there’s no way around it, your going to fall one day, but then you get back up again and when you do, you must remember, that you are not the only one that has fallen. We all have fallen as boys and we all have risen as men. The ability to stand up and walk through this together gives us the rest of what we need to conquer all else in life.
I was involved with a lady from Ghana named Cecelia kabsa she was using yuliana’s picture thank you yuliana for helping me realize I was getting scammed and she didn’t get much money from me.
  • Tulevu Ndugu says:
    LET ME ADD TO JOHN K’s COMMENT:
    I know friends in Africa and one in Benin Republic specifically who told me to stay away from the people in Ghana. She said It is dangerous. I met two woman from Ghana this year and they both were deceptive. If you get a contact from Ghana don’t even answer it, it’s not worth your time or trouble. They use pics if white woman and other beautiful woman lure innocent men seeking woman marriage. I was informed of that by the Ghana Mart; although, they three people Ghana are beautiful loving people, three are many corrupt use many other tactics lure innocent love sellers the prey. There are too many good woman in other locations that are available and much more legit. I really don’t waist time with Ghana contacts. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
  • Eddie says:
    Thank you, Yuliana. I think you’ve opened up a door for positive change. Weather or not you get the full amount you’re asking, I think this will prompt other dating sites to use facial recognition software. There are a lot of lonely people out there that just want to meet someone so sites like match .com and scammers from overseas are exploiting that for profit. It’s not right and I think it’s the duty of these sites to protect their customers. It isn’t hard to stop international IP address from making domestic profiles. I don’t care how much they wine about the cost. It’s cost of business and just a small price to pay for the overall profit they make.
    I have been on allot of date sites and i have also been scammed out of allot of money so i’m glad someone is finally taking a stand for stopping the scams. I have reported probably over a 100 fake profiles to the date sites but nothing ever get’s done about them. I’m also glad that Google search added a picture search so you can search photo’s to see if they belong to someone else. I have also noticed that most of the women i have been in contact with is in West Africa like Ghana and Nigeria.
